Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of Food Handler's course or ServSafe certification required within 30 days of hire
- At least one year recent dietary or culinary experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines and procedures
- Capability to work flexible shifts covering multiple roles
- Physical ability to meet demanding lifting and standing requirements
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Duties
- Provide coverage for various roles within the Nutrition Services department as needed
- Prepare and serve food accurately and timely
- Clean and stock assigned work areas maintaining hygiene standards
- Deliver excellent customer service to patients, employees, and visitors
- Ensure compliance with food safety practices and procedures
- Assist in monitoring food quality and report any discrepancies
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure service continuity
