Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of Food Handler's course or ServSafe certification required within 30 days of hire
- One year recent dietary or culinary experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong time management skills
- Service orientation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Provide coverage for various roles in the Nutrition Services department to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare and serve food according to established standards
- Clean and stock assigned work areas regularly

- Operate food service equipment safely and effectively
