Job Duties
- wash clean sanitize and store all dishes and utensils
- maintain dish room and pan washing area in a clean and sanitary manner
- ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- support dietary department by timely cleaning of dishware
- assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
- communicate effectively in English
- finish work shifts by 7:00 p.m.
