Job Duties
- prepare nutritious and appealing meals according to dietary guidelines
- ensure all food is stored and handled safely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- collaborate with dietary staff to accommodate special dietary needs
- monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
- follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- assist in meal service when necessary
