Job Duties

  • assist in dietary and cafe operations
  • ensure patient quality and care in food preparation
  • maintain professional guest relations

  • prepare food according to individual patient needs and HAACP guidelines
  • communicate with chef or supervisor for inventory and ordering needs
  • operate kitchen equipment efficiently
