Job Duties
- Prepare food according to resident diet specifications
- Follow community procedures and food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with food service while maintaining clean and sanitary conditions
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, equipment, work surfaces, and floors
- Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies
- Maintain established standards set by administration and dietary policies
- Collaborate with food service team under the supervision of the Food Service Director
