Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cooking or food preparation experience
- Ability to follow recipes and menus accurately
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well within a team and assume leadership responsibilities when required
- Physical capability to perform food preparation tasks including lifting and bending
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards in the kitchen

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to standardized recipes in a safe and sanitary manner
- Manage ingredients by suggesting creative ways to utilize leftovers and handle overstock efficiently
- Ensure quality control by accurately preparing, portioning, and serving meals based on recipes and dietary plans
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas according to health standards
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and twisting safely during food preparation
- Follow menus and recipes to produce consistent high-quality meals
- Work collaboratively with team members and step into leadership roles when necessary
