- previous cooking or food preparation experience
- knowledge of food safety protocols
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to perform lifting, bending, and twisting

Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to standardized recipes in a safe and sanitary manner
- suggest creative ways to utilize leftovers and manage ingredient overstock
- accurately prepare, portion, and serve meals following dietary plans
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas according to health standards
- safely lift, bend, and twist during food preparation
- follow menus and recipes to produce high-quality meals
- ensure meals are prepared and served on time
