Job Duties
- Prepare all menu items following standardized recipes in a safe and sanitary manner
- Suggest creative ways to utilize leftovers and manage overstock efficiently
- Accurately prepare, portion, and serve meals based on dietary plans
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas according to health standards
- Safely lift, bend, and twist as needed during food preparation
- Follow menus and recipes to consistently produce high-quality meals
- Work collaboratively within the kitchen team and step into leadership roles as needed
