Job Requirements

Job Duties
- prepare and serve meals according to the menu
- monitor methods of food handling, preparation, meal service, and equipment cleaning
- provide nutritionally appropriate food to residents to maintain and enhance overall health
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food service regulations
- maintain quality food service and nutrition care standards
- assist in keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitary
- communicate effectively with team members and residents
