Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve meals according to the menu
  • Monitor food handling, preparation, and meal service methods
  • Clean kitchen equipment and maintain hygiene standards
  • Provide nutritionally appropriate meals for residents
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food service regulations
  • Collaborate with the dietary team and other staff members
  • Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively
