Job Duties
- Prepare and serve meals according to the menu
- Monitor food handling, preparation, and meal service methods
- Clean kitchen equipment and maintain hygiene standards
- Provide nutritionally appropriate meals for residents
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food service regulations
- Collaborate with the dietary team and other staff members
- Maintain a professional appearance and communicate effectively
