Job Requirements
- Must be able to count cash and make correct change
- requires sitting or standing for long periods of time
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- adherence to policies and procedures
- capacity for customer service
- physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing or sitting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- demonstrated ability to read, write and follow instructions in English
- basic mathematical skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying and division
- preferred two years in food service facility and six months cashiering experience
Job Duties
- Operate and balance cash register
- replenish food and non-food supplies
- communicate verbally with customers and staff
- clean and decontaminate work areas
- soak, wash, and rinse utensils
- dispose of waste properly
- may train and orient new staff
