Job Requirements
- No prior experience necessary
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to follow instructions and dietary guidelines
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and carry food trays
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or dietary aide role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to resident dietary needs
Job Duties
- Assist in food preparation and portioning
- Deliver meals to residents in a timely manner
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dining and kitchen areas
- Support residents during mealtimes, offering assistance as needed
- Follow dietary guidelines and safety procedures
- Communicate dietary needs and issues to supervisory staff
- Maintain inventory of food supplies
