Community Care Center is a prominent, inner-city skilled nursing facility located near W. 43rd & State Street, easily accessible by major highways 90/94 and close to train transportation. This large healthcare establishment specializes in providing comprehensive care across multiple levels, including geriatric long-term care and a robust behavioral health program. Job Requirements
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical
- Ability to pass criminal history background check
- Prior experience as a dietary aide, cook, or in a central kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Availability to work 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. shifts
- Flexibility to work every other weekend including Saturdays and Sundays

- Prior experience as a dietary aide, cook, or in a central kitchen
- knowledge of quality food production and serving techniques
- understanding of food safety and sanitation requirements

Job Duties
- Serve meals to patients on tray line or buffet
- deliver meals to patients confined to rooms
- buss and clean tables
- wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- support kitchen staff as needed
- engage warmly with patients
- follow food safety and sanitation procedures
