Situated at 695 Orchard Heights Road NW, this community features 61 apartments dedicated to assisted living, alongside 18 additional units to provide varied living options for seniors. Job Requirements

Must have Food Handler Permit as required by the State
some high school education preferred
ability to work 2-3 shifts per week mornings or evenings
commitment to uphold core values of respect, integrity, commitment, and trust
excellent communication skills
ability to maintain confidentiality
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
physical ability to perform cleaning and food service tasks

Job Duties

Assists in the preparation of food and serving meals using portion control and sanitation practices
delivers meals to resident rooms or tables in accordance with dietary orders
keeps the kitchen, dietary equipment, and dining room clean and sanitary
cleans utensils, dishes, and kitchenware by operating a dishwasher or handwashing
ensures proper storage, rotation, preparation, and labeling of food following guidelines
partners with dietary staff to monitor equipment functionality and temperatures
follows fire safety, infection control, and hazardous chemical practices
greets residents, visitors, and staff courteously
resets dining room for next meal and ensures supplies are available
assists in storing incoming food and supplies
attends training, in-services, and staff meetings
performs other assigned duties
