Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Some dietary experience preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Understanding of safe dietary procedures and geriatric community
- Willingness to work for the best interest of residents and facility

Job Duties
- Prepare and portion food items following recipes and menus
- Involved in tray set up and delivery of meals
- Assist with serving the dining room
- Put away stock on delivery days
- Wash and store all pots, pans, dishes and utensils as well as sweep and mop floors and perform other assigned special cleaning
- Maintain confidentiality of all residents and protect their privacy at all times
- Ensure dietary work areas are clean and sanitary
- Perform other duties as assigned
