Job Requirements
- High school student, high school graduate, or general education degree (GED)
- No prior experience necessary
- Able to work scheduled shifts and commit to being present for the team and residents
- Flexible availability including mornings and weekends
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Good attendance record
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to food service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide meal assistance and ensure timely delivery of food to residents
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen tasks as directed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
- Support residents with special dietary needs or restrictions
- Collaborate with the care team to promote resident health and safety
- Report any resident concerns or dietary issues to supervisors
