- ability to follow directions

- previous experience in healthcare or food service setting preferred

- knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work under supervision
- good communication skills
- physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift moderate weights
Job Duties
- stocking food items
- food prep and storage of unused unpackaged items
- preparing, cooking and serving therapeutic meals
- assisting in portion control
- reporting on resident food and beverage consumption
- cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, dining and utility areas
