Job Requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English at an 8th-grade level
- High school graduate preferred
- Serve Safe certification preferred
- Food service experience in a healthcare facility preferred
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend patient meal ticket information
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina for frequent movement and standing
- Basic math skills

Job Duties
- Follows proper hygiene and safety protocols
- Maintains a sanitary and safe work environment
- Provides courteous customer service and communicates effectively
- Prepares and delivers food trays accurately and efficiently
- Operates dishwashing equipment and maintains cleanliness
- Assists with food production, cafeteria service, and cashiering
- Completes required training and adheres to departmental standards
