Job Duties
- Assembles and distributes patient trays
- ensures that assigned workstation is set up before meals in accordance with procedures
- delivers and retrieves food trays following trayline procedures
- operates room service functions according to set protocols
- maintains sanitation in service and preparation areas to ensure a sanitary working environment
- enforces department safety policies to protect patients, staff, and visitors
- performs additional assignments as required by supervisor or manager
