Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Barista or food service experience
- Minimum of one year of experience
- Flexible to work rotating shifts including every other weekend
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Good communication skills to interact with patients over the phone
- Ability to assist in kitchen maintenance and general cleaning
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Barista or food service experience
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Two to four years of experience preferred
Job Duties
- Complete daily responsibilities including meal assembly, cold food preparation, utility and dish room functions, and preparing coffee and other drinks in the coffee shop
- Prepare meals, snacks and beverages following specific procedures
- Serve meals ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed
- Stay current on individual procedures and protocols for the facility including state-specified rules and regulations
- Set up and take down dining areas and assist with kitchen maintenance and general cleaning
- Assist with educational programs on nutrition
- Talk to patients on the phone and receive their meal order
