Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food production or kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift and push weights as required
- Willingness to follow health and safety protocols
- Punctual and dependable attendance
- Ability to use computers for recording food and fluid intake

Job Duties
- Follow all safety and sanitary procedures including wearing protective gear
- Use large kitchen equipment safely such as food processor, microwave, blender, and dishwasher
- Read and comprehend dietary information and recipes for resident meals
- Fill, serve from, and clean steam tables
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Report special dietary requests and resident needs to management
- Uphold resident rights including confidentiality and report any abuse or unsafe conditions
