Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with food service duties
- previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not required
- strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- basic knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards
- ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when necessary
- excellent communication skills to interact with residents, staff, and visitors effectively

Job Duties
- Serving meals as necessary and on a timely basis
- assist in daily cleaning duties
- perform dishwashing and cleaning procedures
- assure that utensils are readily available for next meal
- prepare and deliver snacks as instructed
- complete other dietary service functions assigned by the Dietary Manager
- assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences
