Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have Texas Food Handler Certificate
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Ability to follow state and federal food safety guidelines
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred
Job Duties
- Assist with food prep and cooking following universal precautions and state federal regulations
- Preparing and serving beverages
- Setting up and passing trays for meal service
- Stocking snack cart
- Bussing of tables and trays
- Cleaning the kitchen work area
- Dishwashing
- Follow proper handwashing guidelines
- Additional special projects or tasks can be assigned at times by the CDM or the Executive Director
