Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- basic computer skills required
- patient food service experience preferred
- patient tray delivery experience preferred
- ability to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
- ability to work up to 12-hour shifts
- ability to maintain clean and compliant work environment
Job Qualifications

- patient food service and modified diets experience desirable
- patient tray delivery experience desirable
- food handler certificate preferred
Job Duties
- Guide patients through the meal ordering process using a computerized diet office system
- verify patient identifiers during meal delivery
- ensure tray accuracy and completeness
- confirm patients have necessary items before leaving the room
- round on patients and nursing staff to identify and resolve foodservice concerns
- take ownership of complaints and implement service recovery
- assemble and deliver trays according to therapeutic diet guidelines and presentation standards
- maintain timely and accurate service across all patient areas
- perform physically active duties including walking long distances and standing for extended periods
- maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
- other duties as assigned
