Job Requirements
- High school graduate preferred
- Food Handler Certificate and/or ServSafe required
- some related experience in food service
- ability to operate standard kitchen equipment
- good interpersonal skills
- able to stand for sustained periods
- able to lift up to 30 pounds
- adherence to hospital safety and health programs
- willingness to work early morning shifts

- Set up patient trays
- prepare and dish cold foods and beverages
- assist café service

- keep kitchen work areas and equipment clean and orderly
- operate standard kitchen equipment safely
