Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in food service or customer service
Job Duties
- Supports the organization's visions, values and strategies
- Acts as a team member in department activities including educational meetings and in-services
- Participates as an active team member of the Food Service team to provide exceptional customer service to patients
- Participates in assembly and delivery of patient meals according to established criteria and procedures
- Demonstrates CARES behaviors and customer loyalty steps during meal delivery
- Maintains and supports sanitation and quality standards including recording temperature logs, sanitation logs and other documentation
- Operates kitchen utensils and equipment including grinders, slicers, mixers, blenders and dishwashers
