Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous diesel technician or related mechanical repair experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Physical ability to move and lift 75+ pounds
- Ability to work in various temperature conditions
- Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts
- Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation medical card
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a diesel technician or in a related mechanical repair role preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including day and night shifts
- Valid medical card or ability to obtain one through the Department of Transportation
Job Duties
- Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
- Assist customers with roadside services
- Provide preventative maintenance services
- Move and lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters
- Work in various temperatures
- Put safety and customer satisfaction first, complying with company safety policies and procedures
- Work a rotating schedule alternating between day and night shifts
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)
