Job Duties
- demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
- demonstrate constant awareness of safety practices and report any unsafe conditions to supervisor
- demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
- understand job ticket information to determine quantity, stock specifications, colors, special printing instructions and any special customer requirements
- assist with mounting dies
- communicate with the operator when problems come up on the delivery end
- assist with decision regarding the quality of finished product
- palletize stacks of finished product on pallets
- complete required quality inspections and paperwork
- work with peers and other department to improve quality and performance
- repair or assist maintenance in the repair of machine as necessary
- play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment and surrounding work area
- understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
- perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
