- retail sales experience preferred
- oral and written communication skills

- ability to take and follow directions

- ability to use ladders and fixtures for merchandising

Job Duties
- Selling and customer service
- help the Store Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in basic daily store operations
- perform duties assigned by supervisor
- help achieve monthly sales plan through personal selling
- follow management's direction on product knowledge and company image
- complete company training programs for customer service excellence
- implement merchandising principles and maintain sales floor display standards
- set up signage and promotional displays as directed
- ensure stock is represented on the sales floor
- report product issues
- adhere to company housekeeping standards
- carry out daily store activities in line with company policies
- complete and use required documentation and systems
- operate point-of-sale equipment
- account for merchandise movement
- implement security measures to protect company assets
- report theft suspicions
- assist in maintaining store appearance and physical standards
- maintain routine housekeeping of products
