Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED required
- one year of related work experience
- ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- ability to add and subtract
- ability to lift 50 lbs
- ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
- must be able to read, write and speak in English
- must have professional attitude and appearance
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- maintains sanitary and safe work environment
- always maintains clean dry floors and walls including sweeping and mopping
- scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks on conveyor to dishwashing machine
- washes pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, refrigerators, deli slicers and buffalo chopper
- segregates and removes trash, garbage and cardboard and places it in designated containers
- steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and assists with receiving orders
- sets up, maintains and works the dishwashing stations at events
- helps keep all china, glass and silver in place and in order
- all other duties as assigned
