The healthcare group seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist is a privately owned tropical healthcare organization based in Tamuning, Guam. Founded in 1999, this group has established itself as the largest radiology center in Guam for over 20 years, servicing all imaging needs for the two civilian hospitals in the region. Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in radiology
- Ability to work flexible hours aligned with Guam time for remote options
- Willingness to relocate to Guam if choosing onsite or hybrid
- Eligibility for J1 or H1B visa sponsorship if applicable
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible in radiology
- Experience in neuro, body imaging, or vascular radiology preferred
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with referring providers
- Ability to work flexible schedules including fully remote with time zone adherence
- Commitment to maintaining high diagnostic accuracy
Job Duties
- Read and interpret diagnostic imaging studies including XR, CT, US, MR, and nuclear medicine
- Collaborate with referring physicians to discuss and clarify critical or complex findings
- Perform diagnostic duties with no call or weekend responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of 70-80 studies per day maintaining high accuracy and quality
- Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions to support patient care
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Support interventional radiology team with diagnostic inputs as needed
