Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of barista or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
- Physical ability to lift/move merchandise up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- One year of barista experience preferred but we love to train those passionate about coffee and customer service
- Availability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business
- A willingness to learn about our brand and our roasters
- An enthusiasm to communicate with customers and fellow Associates about current offerings and drink options
- Ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system
- Can multi-task and work well under the pressure of a busy coffee bar
- Ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation
- Can move, carry or handle merchandise throughout the store
- You thrive in fast-paced environments
- You are a passionate food and beverage lover with a positive attitude

Job Duties
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
- Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- Take and fulfill coffee bar orders for customer
- Complete sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases, and accepting cash or credit card payments from customers
- Resolve customer issues and answer questions
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- Contribute to a positive team environment
