Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for transaction processing
- ability to stand for extended periods
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to learn and follow company recipes and procedures
- physical ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- punctuality and reliability
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- One year of barista experience preferred, but we love to train those passionate about coffee and customer service
- availability to work varied hours/days as dictated by business
- a willingness to learn about our brand and our roasters
- an enthusiasm to communicate with customers and fellow Associates about current offerings and drink options
- ability to process information/merchandise through computer system and POS register system
- can multi-task and work well under the pressure of a busy coffee bar
- ability to read, write and count to accurately complete all documentation
- can move, carry or handle merchandise throughout the store
- you thrive in fast-paced environments
- you are a passionate food and beverage lover with a positive attitude
- you have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and enjoy working with people

Job Duties
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
- speak and interact with both new and regular customers
- take and fulfill coffee bar orders for customer
- complete sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing and totaling customers' purchases, and accepting cash or credit card payments from customers
- resolve customer issues and answer questions
- maintain a clean and sanitized work station
- follow health and safety guidelines
- adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
- be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
- contribute to a positive team environment
