Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have a valid driver's license for at least one year
- must have a clean driving record
- no experience required

- ability to work weekends
- physical ability to perform janitorial duties
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- one year of similar work experience preferred
- ability to operate golf cart and cleaning equipment
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
- basic mechanical aptitude
- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- notify manager about repair needs
- establish effective communication with clients and team members
- comply with safety and quality standards
- clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
- move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas manually or using hand trucks
- clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- gather and empty trash
- sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow, and perform seasonal tasks
- wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
- service, clean, and supply restrooms
