Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have a valid driver’s license for at least one year with a clean driving record
- no experience required
- on the job training provided
- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- one year of similar work experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices
- ability to operate golf cart and cleaning equipment
- willingness to work weekends
- reliable and punctual
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- notify manager of repair or addition needs
- establish and maintain effective communication with clients and coworkers
- comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards
- clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines and equipment
- move furniture and equipment to clean areas
- clean interior glass and mirrors
- gather and empty trash
- sweep and maintain exterior walkways and landscaping
- wipe and clean food area surfaces
- service, clean and supply restrooms
