Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • One year of similar work experience
  • Ability to provide leadership and training to team members
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Ability to manage schedules and coordinate team assignments
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary environment

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • Relay communication between team members, client, customers and supervisor
  • Report performance issues to the supervisor
  • Assist with the training of cleaning team
  • Coordinate work assignments
  • Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
  • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned areas
  • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
  • Report work orders for supervisor
  • Make sure premises are secured at all times
  • Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with supervisor
  • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the areas
  • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
  • Complete order forms completely and accurately
  • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
