Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- One year of similar work experience
- Ability to lead and train a team
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- Relay communication between team members, client, customers and supervisor
- Report performance issues to the supervisor
- Assist with the training of cleaning team
- Coordinate work assignments
- Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned areas
- Manage security of keys and access cards for the property
- Report work orders for supervisor
- Make sure premises are secured at all times
- Oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with supervisor
- Provide training to all new hires assigned to the areas
- Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- Complete order forms completely and accurately
- Coordinate equipment usage and inventories
