Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- no experience required and on the job training provided
- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required

- Customer service experience
- one year of similar work experience
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and direction to team members
- relay communication between team members, client, customers and supervisor
- report performance issues to the Supervisor
- assist with the training of cleaning team
- coordinate work assignments
- assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
- oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned areas
- manage security of keys and access cards for the property
- report work orders for supervisor
- make sure premises are secured at all times
- oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with supervisor
- provide training to all new hires assigned to the areas
- check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
- complete order forms completely and accurately
- coordinate equipment usage and inventories
