Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • no experience required and on the job training provided
  • no high school diploma, GED or college degree required

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • one year of similar work experience

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and direction to team members
  • relay communication between team members, client, customers and supervisor
  • report performance issues to the Supervisor
  • assist with the training of cleaning team
  • coordinate work assignments
  • assist with making daily and weekly work schedules
  • oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned areas
  • manage security of keys and access cards for the property
  • report work orders for supervisor
  • make sure premises are secured at all times
  • oversee quality of jobs and confirm completion with supervisor
  • provide training to all new hires assigned to the areas
  • check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly
  • complete order forms completely and accurately
  • coordinate equipment usage and inventories
