Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- This role may require a CDL with a specific class and endorsement requirement
Job Qualifications
- One year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver preferred
- Ability to establish effective communication and working relationships
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage security protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Transport, load and unload supplies providing daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- Inspect vehicles regularly to identify unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
- Perform routine cleaning and bus maintenance activities
- Remove, neutralize or clean up biohazardous materials or spills
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with other hotshots, tower agents, supervisors, and managers
- Report issues to the dispatcher
- Ensure the timely delivery of goods
- Adhere to all ADA and Air Carrier Access Act non-discrimination requirements
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures
- Manage security of keys and access cards
- Secure premises at all times
- Complete jobs and confirm completion with dispatcher
