Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- ability to perform pre-operational equipment checks
- willingness to undergo on the job training
- ability to manage security duties
- may require CDL with class and endorsement
- ability to comply with safety and nondiscrimination policies
- physically able to perform loading and unloading tasks
- effective verbal and written communication skills
Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- no prior experience required, on the job training provided
- preferred one year of experience as a passenger shuttle driver
- ability to pass any required licensing requirements
- must maintain effective communication skills
- able to comply with ADA and regulatory standards
- able to follow safety and security protocols
- military experience is an asset
Job Duties
- Perform equipment pre-operational checks at the beginning of the shift
- transport, load and unload supplies
- provide daily transportation services at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- inspect vehicles regularly for unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
- perform routine cleaning and maintenance of vehicles
- remove, neutralize or clean biohazardous materials
- package, transport or store hazardous materials
- establish and maintain communication with Hotshots, Tower agents, Supervisors, and Managers
- report issues to the Dispatcher
- ensure timely delivery of goods
- adhere to ADA and Air Carrier Access Act non-discrimination requirements
- comply with safety, security, compliance and quality standards
- manage security of keys and access cards
- secure the premises at all times
- complete jobs and confirm completion with dispatcher
