Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments if applicable
- ten-year work history if available
Job Qualifications
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments if applicable
- customer service experience preferred
- one year of lead or supervisory experience preferred
- two years of commercial HVAC experience preferred
Job Duties
- clean all areas of the aircraft including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin area
- provision correct safety cards in each seatback
- ensure linens and headsets are properly provisioned
- maintain all areas free of debris
- assist other service representatives with technical troubleshooting
- demonstrate ability and interest in training others
- keep technical knowledge updated regarding equipment and concepts
