Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the past 12 months
- no diploma or prior experience required
- must meet all requirements for working in specific ATS environments if applicable
- able to work full-time including weekends
Job Qualifications
- One year of customer service experience
- one year of lead or supervisory experience
- military experience encouraged
- ability to work in specific ATS environments if applicable
- strong communication skills
- on-the-job training provided
- no diploma required
Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate the aircraft cleaning team to deliver timely and high-quality service
- clean all interior areas of the aircraft including cabin seating, lavatories, galleys, crew rest and bunk areas
- ensure safety cards, linens, and headsets are properly provisioned
- conduct security searches in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- perform other duties as assigned
