Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past 12 months
  • must meet all requirements for working in specific ATS environments, if applicable
  • no diploma or prior experience required
  • on-the-job training is provided

Job Qualifications

  • One year of customer service experience
  • one year of lead or supervisory experience
  • a good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce
  • military and veteran friendly employer
  • military occupational specialty codes 92S, 91J, BM, 0111, 3F1X1

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate the aircraft cleaning team to deliver timely and high-quality service
  • clean all interior areas of the aircraft including cabin seating areas, lavatories, galleys, crew rest and bunk areas
  • ensure safety cards, linens, and headsets are properly provisioned
  • conduct security searches in accordance with regulatory guidelines
  • maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards
  • communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • perform other duties as assigned
