Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required, on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Willingness to work overnight shifts including weekends
- Ability to follow safety and security protocols
Job Duties
- Cleaning the aircraft's interior and ensuring cleanliness and security for daily passenger travel
- Clean and maintain all areas of the aircraft including crew rest and bunk areas, lavatories, galleys, and cabin area provisioning
- Ensure correct safety cards are placed in each seatback and provisions such as linens and headsets are properly stocked
- Remove all debris from aircraft interiors to maintain a safe and tidy environment
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, and managers
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
