Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food preparation or catering preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
- Physical ability to perform required tasks including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items
- Basic English communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read and understand English

- Flexible and able to react to changing priorities
- Ability to work in a cold environment of approximately 35-40 degrees
- Ability to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours
- Ability to lift and push up to 50+ lbs

- Good organizational skills and adaptability
- Ability to work in high stress environment
- Must be able to follow and understand customer specifications and paperwork in English
Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to airline specifications by cutting, chopping, wrapping, and assembling dishes
- Set up food carts with all required food items for airline use
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
- Follow customer specifications and paperwork accurately
- Work in a temperature-controlled environment to ensure food freshness
- Lift and move food supplies and equipment as needed
- Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure
