Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public relations or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising or corporate partnerships

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, public relations, or related field
- minimum of 2-3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising or corporate partnerships
- demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with business and individual donors
- experience with CRM systems for donor management
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- proactive approach to fundraising and donor engagement
- understanding of community engagement principles and practices

Job Duties
- Implement organizational strategies to increase annual giving and corporate partnerships
- coordinate with the Senior Fund Development Director to align fundraising activities within the Community Engagement Department
- facilitate a strategic approach to fundraising to ensure effective execution of donor wishes and increase results
- cultivate relationships within the business communities of Four Oaks' sites that result in ongoing donation of time, service, and money
- actively participate in Community Engagement meetings focusing on fundraising goals and collaboration
- maintain detailed and up-to-date records in the company CRM of all interactions including event details and reporting data
- prepare weekly updates for the Senior Fund Development Director
- follow the strategic process in the organizational giving model to create yearly requests
- support the community engagement team in securing and fulfilling special event sponsorships and communicate sponsorship fulfillment clearly
- maintain documentation of all event sponsorships and partnerships and execute proof of performance timely
- maintain a high level of calls, connections, and constituent outreach weekly
- support and carry out the mission of Four Oaks and the Affordable Housing Network, Inc.
- develop and maintain close relationships with various constituencies within the community
- stay involved with the community and professional organizations as encouraged by management
- follow agency policies including personnel and programmatic
- participate in the agency demonstrating team participation and customer service
- develop professional and personal growth through opportunities and involvement
- perform additional duties as required by management
