Job Requirements

  • Student enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work 10-29 hours per week in person at the specified office location
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint and other creative presentation software
  • Competence in managing projects, situations, and people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • The ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals
  • Students majoring in television, production, broadcast journalism, or related fields
  • Prior experience in a similar role, industry, or department
  • Interest in television production, specifically game show formats

Job Duties

  • Actively participating, brainstorming, and contributing to development department meetings
  • Attending pitches and generating talent ideas and game show formatting
  • Researching, creating, and updating database on market trends and competitive news
  • Participating in the development process from ideation including pitch decks, sizzles, pilots, and workshops
  • Generating ideas for host talent, casting and researching talent names for brainstorms
  • Maintaining files, pitch logs and logging notes in development meetings
