Job Requirements
- Student enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Ability to work 10-29 hours per week in person at the specified office location
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of Canva and PowerPoint and other creative presentation software
- Competence in managing projects, situations, and people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- The ability to work well with others and collaborate across the organization to achieve goals
- Students majoring in television, production, broadcast journalism, or related fields
- Prior experience in a similar role, industry, or department
- Interest in television production, specifically game show formats
Job Duties
- Actively participating, brainstorming, and contributing to development department meetings
- Attending pitches and generating talent ideas and game show formatting
- Researching, creating, and updating database on market trends and competitive news
- Participating in the development process from ideation including pitch decks, sizzles, pilots, and workshops
- Generating ideas for host talent, casting and researching talent names for brainstorms
- Maintaining files, pitch logs and logging notes in development meetings
