Job Requirements

  • Associates degree
  • demonstrate outstanding customer service
  • strong written and verbal skills with attention to detail
  • proficient with CRM and database management systems
  • proficient word processing and computer skills including Microsoft applications
  • ability to work independently and keep business information confidential
  • selected candidate will be subject to pre-employment background checks including criminal history
  • official transcripts due at hire

  • general office finance and accounting knowledge preferred
  • experience with non-profit organizations and/or fundraising preferred

Job Duties

  • Facilitate office duties Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
  • assist visitors for the Office of Resource Development using initiative and judgement
  • maintain confidentiality of donors and gift information
  • process contributions and miscellaneous income and maintain financial records
  • compile monthly financial reports for project funds and monthly reconciliation with College Finance team
  • maintain donor CRM for the Office of Resource Development
  • assist with all aspects of fundraising and friend-raising
  • research donor information and prospect data
  • create reports and documents
  • plan, coordinate arrangements, and create invitations for meetings and special events
  • attend events, meetings outside normal business hours, including evenings and weekends
  • serve as contact person for scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • coordinate Resource Development committee activities, serving as recording secretary
  • coordinate and document travel arrangements and submit travel vouchers
  • coordinate with Systems Office Foundation as required
  • order inventories and office supplies
  • perform special assignments as required
