Job Duties

  • Provide administrative support to development and marketing teams including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation
  • Assist with donor database management, reporting, and tracking fundraising performance
  • Coordinate internal meetings, donor communications, and departmental projects
  • Partner with development and marketing teams to create fundraising materials including brochures, digital content, social media posts, and email campaigns
  • Ensure messaging consistency and alignment with the organization's mission
  • Lead logistics and execution of signature fundraising events
  • Plan and manage community events including venue coordination, vendor relations, registration, volunteer support, and follow-up
  • Secure sponsorships, auction items, and donor engagement opportunities
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with sponsors and third-party fundraisers
  • Coordinate stewardship efforts to ensure timely acknowledgments and ongoing engagement
  • Manage third-party fundraising events including providing toolkits, website resources, and communication support
  • Track revenue and evaluate donor engagement
  • Pursue sponsorship and stewardship opportunities related to third-party fundraising
